As a general policy, all services are non-refundable once they have been completed. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference or change of mind after the service is finished.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a client is not fully satisfied with the result, we kindly ask that they inform us immediately before leaving the shop so we can properly assess the situation.

Depending on the case, we may offer a correction, adjustment, or other suitable solution. Any resolution is determined at the discretion of Dubai Crown management and will depend on the specific circumstances of the service provided.
